XY type hydraulic filter machine
Technical characteristics:
1, There are two kinds of hydraulic pressure device
One is called "hydraulic pressure locknut locking type". After hydraulic pressure, lock the piston rod with lock nut. It is composed by reciprocating hydraulic cylinder, lock nut and returned piston. In order to avoid the leakage from seal ring of piston and valve, the lock nut locks the piston rod to prevent the pressure plate moving.
The other is automatic pressurize type. Automatic pressurize type or automatic pulling plate type filter press, after press the plate frame, it is no need to lock the piston rod with lock nut. It depends on the electric control and check valve to control pressurize automatically. This could prevent the leakage from plate frame in the filtering process.
2, Hydraulic pressure type filter press is easy to operation. It saves time and labour. The pressure and the stress can appear on the pressure gauge. Operate the machine according to the operation technical requirements. The maintenance rate is low
3, Plate frame material: polypropylene, casting iron, rubber, stainless steel etc
